The gap between IIT-grade research and commercial deployment? I live there.
Selected Impact & Outcomes
Most specialists go deep in one direction. This is what seven years of deliberate layering looks like.
Each node is a capability. Each line is proof. From stakeholder orchestration at IIT Madras to product launches in AR/VR, from behavioural science to LLM deployment — the through-line isn't the technology. It's the question: does this actually solve something real?
"The non-linear path isn't a liability. It's the whole point."

Six disciplines. One practitioner. Explore to discover.
Cross-functional alignment, stakeholder orchestration, programme and product architecture across IIT partnerships, developers, vendors, suppliers, and startups. I read rooms as well as roadmaps.
Discovery, blueprinting, and data infrastructure design grounded in real-world observation. Certified in Cognitive Sciences (Edinburgh), Neuromarketing (Copenhagen Business School), and Consumer Neuroscience.
The question is always: does this solve something real? From PRD to launch, from incubation to market. Led a 30+ person team through full product lifecycle for an AR-based interior design platform.
Built the foundation for India's first Media & Entertainment Centre of Excellence with IIT Madras. The actual work is building the connective tissue between research and deployment — the frameworks, the trust, the shared language.
Content pipelines, LLM integrations, blockchain-backed legal workflows, security infrastructure, on-premises cloud migration. Ran an internal incubator and built AI literacy across 100+ employees.
Investment thesis development and due diligence with rigour. GTM strategy across Ed-Tech, Media, Travel, and Retail. Worked with founders to move fast, then refined as they scaled.
Built India's first Media & Entertainment Centre of Excellence with IIT Madras. Deployed multilingual LLM systems, ran an internal incubator, and built AI literacy across 100+ employees — C-suite to non-technical staff.
Delivered AI transformation and GTM strategy across Ed-Tech, Media, Travel, and Retail. Worked with founders to move fast, then refined as they scaled.
Led a 30+ person cross-functional team through full product lifecycle — PRD to marketplace launch — for an AR-based interior design platform.
Applied neuroscience and habit research directly to product retention decisions. Certified in Cognitive Sciences (Edinburgh), Neuromarketing (Copenhagen Business School), and Consumer Neuroscience.
Built community, stakeholder relationships, and partnerships across three years. The foundation everything else sits on.
I don't work on problems I haven't stood inside. The Leh expeditions weren't a career footnote — they were fieldwork. Understanding a system under extreme conditions is the same discipline whether you're studying a glacier or an institution.
Mars analogue research at Tso Kar. Climate data at Saboo and Hanle — home to India's first Dark Sky Reserve. Thin air, honest cold. Discomfort is still data.
Built and shipped across AR/VR, LLM deployment, machine learning, AI literacy programmes, product marketplaces, full-stack development, cognitive neuroscience frameworks, and innovation incubation. The goal: gauge technology for solutions, not solutions for the sake of technology.
Most organisations treat research as a cost centre and deployment as an afterthought. The actual work is building the connective tissue between them — the frameworks, the trust, the shared language. That's what I do.
Nature is deeply integrated with our lives. Learning from it is the quickest leap to impact. The Leh expeditions are not separate from this. Understanding a system under extreme conditions — whether a glacier or an institution — is the same skill.
A question that runs through all the work — across glaciers, institutions, products, and people. This curiosity is the connective tissue.
"I want to build programmes shaped by the same honesty as altitude — where only what actually works, survives."
Most candidates have a next job title. I have a capability stack that took seven years to build deliberately — across nine industries, fifteen products, and more questions than I can count.
